Greg Scott

I’m an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer. I grew up around firearms, and those professionally trained to use them, my personal experience using firearms did not begin until I
was a teen. Since then, I sought out both formal and informal training from those around me who were knowledgeable in various weapon platforms. My Fathers’ military background of 23+ years provided me with experience in the tactical use of modern semi-auto handguns, shotguns, and the AR platform. I have since met others who were like-minded in my enthusiasm for firearms, and we spent countless
hours training together. Regretfully I was not able to join the Armed Forces due to a car accident when I was 16 (which nearly killed me) and ended my chances of serving our Great Country in the Armed Forces, so I serve those who served and serve for us. I believe there is always something new to be learned to improve our skills, and I find joy in teaching others to help them improve as well. Practice, Practice,
Practice! I am passionate about helping others be better at saving lives. We are all in this together.

While I appreciate and thoroughly enjoy the craftsmanship and the joys of shooting most types of firearms, I typically choose the more practical and tactical firearms when I go out to the range. I’m currently instructing in Pistol Courses, Florida CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) Resident /Non-Resident Courses, NRA Marksmanship Simulated
Training Courses. -Train On!
